- Negotiation and selling skills.
- Ambition, drive and charisma.
- Good communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisation skills, as you may be dealing with more than one property at a time.
- Bachelor degree in Communication or Business Marketing or Similar qualifications that portrays substance of educational and technical background.
- Valid Driving License.
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
- Morality certificate to be presented on date of interview if called for.
- Resume of experiences and references.
