A structural guarantee on the building is granted for 10 years. This is entered in the sales record.

Each project has a calendar with deadlines ranging from 12 to 15 months.

Yes, we have a structured team and also use subcontractors.

A notary is dedicated to each new project.

Can my notary make my sale?

The sale must be made by the notary appointed by us.

What are the payment methods?

You must validate a reservation by a deposit. Then the following payments are made in instalments called ‘call of fund’.

Yes, each name will appear on the contract. The notary will be responsible fro allocating a part to each of the parties.
